Oialla 78% chocolate is the deeper, darker version of the original Oialla chocolate. The cocoa beans are roasted slightly differently and it contains 6% less sugar, but the small difference has a big impact on the taste. The taste is reminiscent of deeper notes of blackberries, prunes and other red stone fruits, and the chocolate can be used anywhere you want a deep, intense chocolate flavor.
