Terms and conditions of sale and delivery



Once you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you have provided. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email informing you that your order is on its way. We will only debit your payment card once your order has been shipped.


The purchase is made and accepted once you have clicked on the “Order and pay” button.

Payment can be made by Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and JBC. Please note that NETS charges a transaction fee when using the above mentioned cards. The fee will be automatically added to your order. You won’t have any profit if your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL. In addition, data encrypted with SSL can only be read by NETS. The money will be deducted from your payment card once your order has been shipped.


All shipents to Denmark, the prices are quoted in Danish kroner including 25% VAT. Outside of Denmark the VAT is excluded. Prices are subject to tax changes and price errors. Any errors and changes cannot be claimed against Oialla.


Delivery costs are based on weight. They are calculated automatically and added to your order in the shopping cart. You will see the cost before you finalize and pay your order. Currently we deliver to addresses in Denmark and in the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

If you need a shipment to other countries, please contact us and we will find a solution. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, but will always strive for a fast delivery.

Our chocolate is best stored at 16-20 degrees and does not tolerate high temperatures. This is a challenge during summer periods and can lead to delivery shutdowns.


According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year warranty on physical goods purchased in the webshop. The warranty does not include gift cards, event tickets or catering.

If you want to use your warranty, please send us an email with the title “warranty” and we will create a case. Remember to attach the original order confirmation to show that you have purchased the item from our website.

The guarantee means that you as a customer can complain about defects and deficiencies in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects and deficiencies are not the result of your misuse of the product or other harmful behavior. You must claim warranty within a reasonable time after you have identified the defect. Oialla will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may incur when returning the item as long as the warranty is legitimate.


Normally, there is a 14-day return policy for online purchases. However, this policy does not apply to food products such as chocolate. Thus, Oialla provides a 14-day return policy for non-food products (books, etc.). If you wish to refund a non-food product, please inform us by email and return the product in unused condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to return the product. Oialla will refund the original purchase price including delivery costs upon receipt of the product. Oialla does not cover the return costs. It is your own responsibility that the returned goods arrive. Oialla has no responsibility for returned goods that do not arrive.


No personal data recorded in connection with your order will at any time be passed on, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored in our database and is only accessible to trusted employees. This information is recorded for the sole purpose of delivering your order. In doing so, information is also only passed on to trusted shipping companies in connection with the delivery of your order.


The product information on the website, in brochures and other sales material is subject to errors. In addition, we reserve the right to incorrect pictorial material. Oialla cannot be held liable for any errors and changes.


In the event of delivery prevented or delayed due to force majeure, Oialla is relieved of any liability and Oialla reserves the right to cancel the order or postpone delivery. Force majeure refers to labor disputes, blockades, barriers, political unrest, state intervention of any kind, lack of impetus or circumstances beyond Oialla’s ability to fulfill delivery obligations.
